The National German Honors Society [NGHS] at GSMST promotes the study of the German language, literature, and civilization. Particularly, NGHS provides tutoring to help anyone either struggling in a particular area of German in their German classes. Due to COVID-19, personal tutoring with NGHS has been suspended until further notice. However, please do not hesitate to email Herr Burse for any questions you may have.

Delta Epsilon Phi (ΔΕΦ) National Honor Society for High School Students of German recognizes the outstanding academic achievement of learners of German. The organization was founded in 1968 to reward scholastic achievement in the study of German and to promote interest in the study of German language, literature, and civilization. NGHS will orchestrate a variety events from educating others on living more environmentally friendly to hosting guest speakers from German companies and green organizations.
